VIDFLOOD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers, at our sole discretion.

  2. Identification of the removed content
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

8. Third-Party Platforms

VIDFLOOD is not responsible for copyright enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.

Any disputes regarding content published on third-party platforms must be resolved directly with those platforms.
