D. System Abuse

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security flaws
  • Overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Bypass usage limits, quotas, or safeguards

E. Abusive Content

  • Use the Service to create or distribute content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or abusive

VIDFLOOD reserves the right to:

5. User Accountability

You are solely responsible for:

  • Any content submitted, processed, or generated using the Service
  • Any consequences arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by third-party platforms

6. No Obligation to Monitor

VIDFLOOD is not obligated to actively monitor user content or activity but reserves the right to do so at its discretion.
