Terms of Service – VIDFLOOD

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VIDFLOOD (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VIDFLOOD is a software platform that allows users to process video links and automatically generate short-form video content based on user-defined settings.

VIDFLOOD is a technical automation tool only.
We do not provide legal, marketing, copyright, or business advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using VIDFLOOD, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all content you submit, process, or generate using the Service.
  • You will only use content for which you have the legal right to use, modify, and repurpose.
  • You are responsible for complying with:
    • copyright laws
    • platform policies (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
    • any applicable local or international laws

VIDFLOOD does not verify ownership, licensing, or permission of any content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Process copyrighted material without proper rights or permission
  • Violate third-party terms of service or platform policies
  • Engage in illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity
  • Distribute malware, spam, or abusive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that harms VIDFLOOD, its infrastructure, or other users

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations.

6. Content and Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your original content.
  • VIDFLOOD does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
  • You grant VIDFLOOD a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process and store content solely for providing the Service.

Generated video outputs are stored temporarily and may be deleted automatically.

7. Storage and Deletion

  • Video outputs are stored for up to 30 days.
  • After this period, content may be permanently deleted without notice.
  • VIDFLOOD is not responsible for lost or deleted content.
  • You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.

8. Payments and No Refund Policy

  • Payments are processed through PayPal.
  • All fees are charged in advance.
  • All payments are final. No refunds are provided, including for unused credits, partial usage, dissatisfaction, or account termination.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access
  • specific processing results
  • accuracy, quality, or performance of generated outputs
  • business outcomes such as views, revenue, engagement, or growth

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VIDFLOOD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VIDFLOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits, including but not limited to:

  • copyright claims
  • account strikes or bans on third-party platforms
  • loss of data or content
  • loss of revenue or business opportunities

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to VIDFLOOD in the last 30 days.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • for violation of these Terms
  • for misuse of the Service
  • for legal or security reasons

You may stop using the Service at any time.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
